I have on payday loan that I have not paid I am planning on paying. But they have called me and asked for the money now. They have called my work and started asking questions. they called me yesterday and told me had to pay the full amount or they would start taking money out of my pay check. I told thme I would have the money in two to three weeks but they said no Friday by 3 pm. I don't know if I signed any paper work that would let them take money out of my paycheck. But I have been told in Texas they cannot. they will not take payments. They ask me If i could get the money from a friend and then take th loan out again and pay them back. will once I pay them off I don't want to deal with them again or any payday loans.

Rhino, who is this pdl with? Is it internet or store front, how much did you borrow and what is the total of what you paid back to them?
