I have sent them a letter on 10/22 which i know they recieved, the first time the tried to debit my acct unsuccessfully was on the 31st, how should i respond?

now they are calling me and saying that i owe them 478 dollars on a 300 dollar loan!!!

i dont know how you find out if they are legal or not, but I sent them an email saying that i will pay 121 and that is it! how the hell are they gonna tell you to pay 900 for a 500 dollar loan???
do you know which site will tell you if they are legal or not, i have already filed a complaint with the ftc on them.

Yeah, they want me to pay 904 with like a 345 a month payment. They aren't going to get a dime from me.
