I sent a letter to onclickcash thay were able to debit my account again because they beat me to the bank because of thanksgiving holiday, so i didn't get a chance to close the account in time. Now when I log into the onine account it says the account is in collections. It does not reflect that they debited a payment on november 23, and they have not emailed me back yet. What should I expect?

I do not have personal experience with One Click Cash, however, after reading about other peoples experience with them you can expect them to start calling and harassing you. Do NOT let them scare you, they cannot put you in jail or take your youngest child as payment. Insist on paying by money order and setting up a payment plan that you can live with. Stand strong and do not let them intimidate you.

Should i send them another letter with the amount I have now paid and the current balance to see if I get a response back. I have now paid 180 dollar on a 300 loan and should now only owe them 120 dollars.

So they took another payment but say you are in collections?
I'd say yeah, send them another letter, it won't hurt. Mention how they took another payment, on what date and such. Prove to them you are keeping track, that helps to show you won't be intimidated.

The bank said they wouldn't be able to close it until thursday night but is working with me to make sure they don't debit it before then

At least they are working with you to have it not debited again. I think you are safe for now... And you'll be totally safe when your account is closed.... Have you gotten another one? Any other advice you need for any other PDLs or was that your only one?
