Hello everyone I stumbled upon this site while searching a way to get out of all the payday loans I'm in. I'm a single mom that go to school full time and lost my job and by listening to a friend I ended up with almost 7 online payday loans and a couple of in state cash advances all to survive and pay rent, car note, have food on the table etc. I currently have a outstanding loan with Payday-loan-yes as well as Global Financial Services, and Cash limited (which I found out is the same company) Cashcall, ameriloan, 310loan, aip financial, they constantly call and harrass me as if I'm not going through enough stress, Is there anything I can do to somewhat get out of this cycle of debt?

Hi smoore, welcome. You have come to the right place for help. First off, can you answer some questions for us? What state do you live in? How much did you originally borrow and how much have you repaid so far? If you let us know this info, we can help you our of this payday loan trap!!! Smile

Hello Smoore,

Welcome to this forum.

The only way to get rid of lenders is to pay them off.

However, you didn’t mention your financial condition in your post in detail. This information could have given the forum members a better chance to evaluate your position and provide worthy solution. Please elaborate on what Sassnlucy has asked.

Um, that isn't true . . . .

Also, cashcall isn't a payday loan. It's an installment loan and a real killer . . . . It should be treated differently then the payday loans.

Once you post the info Sassnlucy asked for then we can give you some better advice.

I'm sorry, I just didn't want someone reading it to be confused and think that they only way out of the situation was to pay these companies the huge amounts they want. The majority of the time with internet based companies, they don't follow any laws capping interest. In those cases it is possible to pay what you legally owe, not what these companies claim you owe . . . .
