Why does Debt Doctors insist that they are not the same company? I have looked at my loan documents and it has the name Magnum Z but has the phone numbers from debt doctors. Does anyone know who I contact?

When I asked them and sent emails to dennis best (debt doctors) he is saying they can not do anything about the overpayment or it being marked paid in full as they are a data processing center; but like I said from the start it said Magnum Z but the phone number is debt doctors. They sent it to AIS for collections. I just don't understand how they are not the same company. He said a data processing center not a in house collections.
Does this make sense?
