If UT happened to have the friendliest license to attempt to export they would simply create an inexpensive office or use a virtual office type facility to answer regulators of the state in which they are licensed. In the case of USA PDL, Friendly Cash LLC, the license was in NM in a virtual office facility while the owner lives in Rittenhouse Square (Philadelphia neighborhood) and could easily commute to his Ace Check Cashing office in Levittown PA or his front for USA Payday Loan, Certified Call Center, 10 minutes away in Burlington NJ.

I was saying that I believe some, not all, and not saying PDL Yes works out of their house, or like you say a virtual office. My point was to say, kash was not wrong in explaining what was said.

kash is right in that is a reason, I just wanted to emphasize the core reason as it will help those in trouble understand how to address PDL companies. I want to educate the community as to exactly how PDLs work. Many PDLs are out of their house, but they are in fact lead generation companies and not lenders. The lenders are large. There are no exceptaions to that. Funding companies require cash reserves in excess of 3 days credits. Meaning, if a PDL lends $40,000 daily they have reserve balances in excess of 120k

jamesje/c- By the way, both of those names are coming up as registered.

A member needed the address for payday loan yes and Kash gave it to them. Everyone here has different levels of knowledge and Kash was not materially incorrect.

Did Kash's statement about why PDL's wont give their address materially change the outcome of our member getting the address they needed? It did not.

Its very common here to bounce ideas and theories off of each other as we are a close support network and we are dealing with a lot.

Hi volleyballmom. I've read your posts for quite some time. Very well done. It appears you believe I am attacking Kash. That is far from the truth and I'm sorry if it comes off as such. I am new here and simply trying to help. There are misconceptions that are repeated from post to post. i have the ability to show you the workings of a PDL from a perspective this forum has not seen. I'm aware of what is put in front of you. PDL Yes is NOT in UT. They are in Delaware. They had a UT license and virtual office there that would stamp loans as originated in UT previously. I'll register and get a name. You'll find I'm on your side but there are some things this forum is dead wrong about.

james, if you are so knowlegable about PDLs why did you mention that you can not tell us why? Do you work for one. Are you looking for info. If you can educate us tell us where your education comes from.

We need all the help we can use here....and if you've got some info that can help us out, that is fantastic.

I think my main issue is that you told Kash they were "wrong" about why PDLs didnt want us to have the address...to many of us, that seemed to be the theory due to their scum-like tactics. I see some info here from time to time that may not be accurate, but as a solution, just post what you think is correct. Wink

Just my 2-cents...

If you have another address for PDL Yes, please do post it to help us all out here.

I'll let you decide my knowledge. If you would like to stop PDL Yes, revoke authorization from your bank, obviously. After that, contact Intercept EFT, the ACH processor they use, with the same revocation of authorization. Their site is intercepteft No financial institution will even initiate an ACH once this is done. Make a fuss with them and you will win.

I've heard other people mention them before, but no one has posted their experience with them yet. They are a fairly new company . . . . It's a debt cons company that branched off to do payday loan consolidation too.
