How do I tell who is deducting money from my account when there is not a name on the statement but a number?

You'd need to contact your bank, if you haven't already, and see if they can give you further information.

wvmts, if you have the number associated with the debit, you can post it if you like. We can do a search and find out who it is if possible.

The number is usually a phone number and if it is, I would just call it.
