Hey everyone I emailed the letters to all my PDL's last week and gave them the deadline of today to respond, I checked my email today and no responses BUT they did send me reminders that my payday was coming so they will be deducting their payments LOL. So what do I do now if they dont contact me regarding the letters?

i was told by someone that has helped me through this whole thing that after you send out the letters it is like a waiting game. i think they try to avoid the letters. but, hopefully like i've heard they can't do anything. you've taken care of your bank account right?

shazzers....I have been doing the same with my remaining two. I keep sending them over and over and to every email address that is remotely connected to them. It is more like a game with me now. I don't expect a response. I just like bugging the crap out of them.

yeah i seem to be sending it back to them for every e-mail they send me, that is not a respose to the letter.

Its starting....I got into work today and had 2 voicemails from interim asking me to call them regarding the email I sent them....So I emailed them this....
AS IT STATES IN THIS LETTER PHONE CONTACT IS PROHIBITED!! THE 2 PHONE CALLS YOU JUST MADE TO MY WORKPLACE WILL BE REPORTED TO MY ATTORNEY GENERAL AND TO THE BBB! IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO DISCUSS WITH ME THEN EMAIL IT TO ME! REMINDER YOU ARE ILLEGAL AND I HAVE PAID YOU $700+ OVER WHAT YOU LOANED ME- THIS MATTER IS CLOSED!!!!

Good reply! The only one I have heard from so far is MTE and I haven't heard from them on 2 or 3 weeks. My Cash Now recently sent me 2 e-mails inviting me to apply with them as a "good customer" amd I haven't heard anything from M1Y. I asked to hear from all of these by March 12th in writing.....

hevnly,you have got them.those voice mails basically violate a c&d letter.save those,they will come in handy against this particular pdl.

Yes I will be saving these voicemails for sure...now is there a format or outline I need to use to file a complaint with the BBB? What do I need to say?

Errr Geneva Roth just left a voicemail at my work now too. Good thing they only have my work number and not the company number.
