Anyone every heard of this Payday loan company, i applied and was approved, i am awaiting a call back from them to verify the loan....

Also, what happens typically if you cant pay back a loan. Do you make arrangements etc? Do they allow that?

I have never heard of this company. You can do a search and see if there are any links. Read your contact carefully before agreeing to the loan. Most people on the site have had trouble when they defaulted or miss a payment. Also some companies are operating illegally. So you will need to see if they are allowed to do business in your state. Read out many stories on pdl loans and their consequences. However, few have been successful in fighting back and getting their loans marked paid by the companies. After you have read the posts, think again if you really need a pdl? And if you do, make sure that you can pay it back within the next payday. The interest rates and fees multiply very quickly on every default. Needlessly, it goes to the point where you often fail to catch up with the payments. Most of the times, companies violate the state laws by adding illegal charges on it. You either need professional help or an attorney to resolve the matter. If you have an alternative, go to your bank and see if they can offer any help.

I would stay away fromt these pdls. Especially the one's who operate via the internet. They often are not licensed, charge illegal interest rates, and if you default they will threaten you with false statements such as you are being charged with internet fraud, bank fraud, check fraud, and that somebody will be out to arrest you if you do not pay up by a specified time during that day. I would highly recommend you tell them you decline the loan. It simply isn't worth it.

DeadBroke, if you decide to cancel, must make sure that you send the cancellation request in writing and get the same acknowledged in writing. If it isn't in paper, it never happened.

This company calls my work and gets beleigereetn with my co-workers besides me. I do not owe them anything but they have told my social security nubmer to my co-workers etc. They do not know how to spell my name correctly nor do they know my home address or phone number or email address. If I ahd taken out an loan they would have my email address for sure Make them stop aclleing my work.

This company is affiliated with AIP and World Cash Now. They have been calling me saying I was approved for a $200 loan with an $89 fee. I've never applied to this lender and they obviously can't take no for an answer. I figure that this company and another lender that keeps emailing me has probably gotten my info from when I was applying for the online loans late last year.
