Yeah, I received a refund from AIP...definitely wasn't expecting anything from any of them, just want them all to go away...but; I am glad to get a little back...my problem is; how should I cash or deposit it? I don't think that the 7 Eleven Western Union Money Order actually goes back to the PDL company; so if I do deposit, I don't think I have to put my account number on the item; but not sure...but if i cash it I believe I do...
Has anyone out there dealt with this type of refund?
Thanks for letting me know...

way to go purple.i would bite the bullet and cash at a currency exchange.there is the chance if you deposit or cash at your bank that info could be used by aip again.best not to chance it.

If they paid you with a money order there is no way they can trace your account from it. The cancelled money order goes back to the money order company if anyone at all.

goudah, I was thinking the same way; but when I called the 800 number on the back it has an option to get a copy of the returned money order...don't think they would want to go to all the trouble, but I definitely don't want to chance at all.

I think you're doing the right thing; after all we've all been thru w/ the PDL's, I'd err on the side of caution and not go through the bank.
