Yes Shazzers, DJAT and Lazer are the same . MR, I have dealt with them myself and it is difficult at best. I faxed everything to them. I called and spoke to a person and they would not give me their address no matter what I told them. I ended up faxing my letters and all other correspondence to them. Here is what I have.

In the end they turned me over to collections with Churchill Resolution which was the best thing that could have happened. Churchill violated the fdcpa so many times and when I called them on it, they cleared the debt and marked me paid.
