Hello I got this e-mail from Kelly B (or Penny,the name that is on the e-mail). I am in the state of NC where payday loans are illegal. I know I paid at least one of the loans off when they drafted my account for their fees but I am not sure about the other one. What should I do?

look back on your statements and see what you have paid the other company.

they are as far as i can tell they are not
licensed.i would figure what you paid them
total.they also go by cashnet 500 or cashnet
peefls.you should only owe the principal,
don't let them tell you different.

Ignore them, if you think you have paid them off. They are illegal and they are tough to deal with. I just sent a post in regards to them. The number you have is new to me. I called it and someone just answers usually if I call the other 3 numbers it says PaydayLoanYes, the numbers that they call me on are 800-550-6051, 302-791-9666 and there is another one as well. I know that someone will be by to let you know more. But out of all PDLs I had this one is the ugliest.
