I live in Nebraska. I have several internet payday loans and was wondering how can I tell if they are legal or not. I paid 300 dollar in fees already for each to the 2 loans and they were only 250 dollars each. One is with summit group for 250 and the other is with direct pay eme marketing which is also 250 dollars. That is the name on my bank statements when they debt my account.
