Alas, I think that my faxes, emails, etc has finally P***ed off Tim Atkins co-worker..... Here is the email I just received:

Who's the one not acting like an adult here?!?!
The people at this company are crazy - The even fought with my DFI! "Tim" told my DFI that they didn't know what they were talking about . . . .

That is when you mention you didn't know you were signing an illegal contract, thus voiding anything you signed in that contract.
Last time I checked a contract that was illegal thus became void....
But it is surprising to see an email that isn't the standard cut and paste....

LOL---I have a loan with Payday Loan Yes too. I wonder if I am going to get e-mails like that??? Plus, wouldn't presenting this e-mail in court hurt their case? It certainly isn't common in professional business practice....crazy.

OOOOH! fdcpa does not apply to us. It is only for 3rd party collections. We are
1st party. You need to read it. Like I said, if you are not going to pay
your bill, stop emailing me. There is nothing further for us to discuss.

jazz, they sent you that email? OMG! I would have copies of that to every government agency I could possibly dream up. Incredible. These people must have 12 year olds working for them (nothing against 12 years olds!). I am amazed at these emails some of you get. I would have to respond horribly! And, file - file - file. Man, I'd have 20 copies of that email printed out and mailed to every damn place I could think of. Jazz, they are out of their mind. And I don't know how you restrained yourself by not "going off" on a response. Good for you though. You're showing a lot more maturity than this company is. Remember, you are above them. Obviously.
