Just wanted to say I got a loan from EME Marketing and I could not find the number and I saw it on this site. I called the 1-877-633-1100 number and pushed the option to pay off my loan and got a person named John right away. If there are other loan companies that you can't find phone numbers from you can contact your bank I found out and they too can get an ID# for the loan company and the loan company's bank info and you then inturn can contact the loan company's bank and they have to give you their phone numbers because you have their ID# from them debiting your account.

I have never had a problem using EME Marketing aka epayday loan. I always received a form similar to a loan that showed the interest rates as well as the amount requested. I have had success emailing Eddie Eddie@epayday.us. I was always told you have to contact them 3 days before your supposed to pay in order to pay in full. Otherwise the agreed Interest is what will be debited from your account without specifically telling them I want to Pay off my loan.
It is high in comparison to going to a regular pay day loan place but they all work against you in the end if you are continously using their services.

I just ran into this problem as well. I didn't accept the loan, but they placed it in my account anyway. Now I can't get anyone and they only took out $75 of the $250 placed in there. The total amount should have been $325. How can I get this stop and pay off the remaining balance without anymore drafts.

Does anyone have a number to money and more and also direct pay is eme because i only applied for one loan and then these people popped up in my account too.

yes they do answer but you have to keep calling they took money out of my account for the wrong day an that put in a bind, so i had my bank investagate it for me an they are going to get back with me on that

I have the same problem, they have been taking $120 per month out of my account for over a year now, that is more that $1400!!!! Has anyone tried to dispute them?
