Did you apply for a payday loan in Dec. KHELP? If you will tell us what state you reside in, and how much you borrowed and paid back so far we will be able to help you. We can then post your payday loan laws to see if this company is abiding by the laws. We need more info to help you. Smile

I recently came across an unauthorized deposit into my checking account for $200. I didn't apply for any payday loans or authorize any payday loans or deposit. I have to go to my bank tommorrow and there going to reverse the deposit. What exactly is this company and how do they work? So I can prevent this in the future. I used the contact number that was given above but I only got voicemail boxes. Does anyone ever answer? If anyone has and info it be greatly appreciated.

Is it my imagination or does it appear that there are people saying that deposits from PDL's are showing up as unauthorized debits? What's up with that angle? Is this one more aspect of this insanity that we need to monitor?

We too got a "loan" that we didn't want. We blocked this company from taking money out of our account and they called us back. Imagine that!!!

I had put in for a payday loan but it was not thru this company, when I saw double the amount I accepted it. But when I called to pay the loans off they told me that they had not given me double the amount. So this week I noticed that a company called EME market direct pay had deducted money out of my account but the did not deduct the full amount of the loan, I have no way to find out or who to talk to since I did use the money I want to pay it back but I do not want them to continue deducting money out of my account. I am going to close the account and leave enough money to cover the loan.

I had one of those unauthorized credits, too; CMG, as I recall? Since PDL's operate under SO many different names, I wonder if, when you apply for one loan, they just pass your info on to another of their names and hit you with another one? It might very well be something that needs monitoring...

they have been taking money out of my account for ab out three weeks now for about 270.00 I thought I had a loan through e-payday. these jerks never answer the phone so I can not repay the loan in full they just keep taking money out. I guess it is better to stick with payday lenders you know, like payday one.

I took out a loan with E-payday last year--Then I noticed eme _marketing was debiting my account-but I have not been able to reach anyone to get the full amount paid off-they have been taking 45.00 out of my account since before December of last year..I dont know how to reach these people-I'm thinking about closing the account...

Close out your account right now, so they cant rape you anymore....as soon as they realize there is no money to take from you, you will start recieving emails and calls from them..I didnt have ANY contact with these guys til I pulled the plug on their money supply....chances are you will be talking to either Jesse Corum or Keith czarnski..seems like these two are the only ones that run this so called business

I finally just spoke to someone at EME MARKETING which they were very rude woman i spoke to could not seem to understand why i was upset with her company they have been taking money out of my account for a long time for a 200.00 loan i have repaid that back triple times.
