obvious scare tactic. illegal/unlicensed payday loan. got a payday loan of 200 from them, saying i will have to pay them 2,500 after it's all said and done.
cant make this up lmao
After repeated attempts to resolve this with you on a mutual voluntary arrangement, you have made it quite clear that we must forward your account to our Litigation Dept. We have exhausted all avenues to resolve this with you and at this point this is the only way we can be assured our funds will be recouped. Please be aware as soon as the paperwork on your account has been filed it is too late to make arrangements. At that point you will be held liable for the balance is full, including all late fees, NSF fees, and any costs Emerald Marketing incurs in the process. You’re probably looking at a total of roughly $2,500.00 that you will be accountable for. Please keep in mind that the paperwork takes time to process so it is not too late, but time is not a luxury at this point. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of this email we will assume that you are not interested in making any type of voluntary arrangements in our office.

I'll tell you guys though. If I got this message and didn't t have the chance to ever look at this site, I would be scrambling to pay them.
Now after learning from this site and its posters, I can laugh this off. Illegal/unlicensed, no debt validation, no business license number, no more payments. I have paid them eneough and am done with them.

Guest, I am happy to read that. I am sure you have read posts where members/guests have actually been scared into paying these people. I feel so bad for them when that happens. I am glad this site has helped you.
