EPP for Checkn'Go-Online payday loan

Hi. I have an online payday loan with Checkn'Go. Before the payment due date, I sent them an email asking them to put me on the Extended Payment Plan. I also emailed them a letter to inform them I am revoking ACH authorization as well as any wage assignments that I may have signed. I have already set up a hard block on my account.

Anyway, I checked the CFSA website and saw that this payday lender is a member of CFSA and that they have to to let borrowers sign up for the installment plan in the event that they cannot repay their loan in full on the due date. The lender keeps sending emails asking me to call them, but I don't want to do that because I prefer to have everything documented in writing in case of a dispute. I told them that I will not discuss my account over the phone-only through email. They keep emailing me asking to "call them and that collection accounts can't be discussed via email". They seem to ignore my request for an EPP. Has anyone ever been able to sign up for the EPP with Checkn'Go (internet loan)? Thank you.

Hello Traceystar,
Have you already defaulted on the loan?

After the item was returned, they placed my account in their collections department.

So you requested the EPP before your due date, and they did not invoke as you requested. Time passed and you defaulted because of this? When you requested this EPP did they call you after the request or the loan default?
