Im from nebraska, and i called the dept of finance; and they told me that epp is not allowed in nebraska at all. i have about 2500 in pdl at 6 stores, and they all are going to hit this friday....any ideas or suggestions?
and ive read on here that nebraska does allow epps, so what do i say to the pdls to basically force them into giving it to me?

Welcome! Someone will be along shortly who can help you with this. As I am not certain of information regarding epp's I will defer to someone who can advise you correctly. Hang tight.

EPP is Extended Payment Plan, and although I'm not an expert, I thought the only criteria for that was whether the PDL is a member of CFSA. If they are, then I think they have to offer you an EPP, as long as you go in and request it at least one day before your payment is due. Possibly your Department of Finance thought you were referring to rollover extensions (I don't know whether they are allowed in your state)? Someone, correct me if I'm wrong about the EPP!
