that is an extended payment plan.here is how it works.
it only is offered by storefronts who are CFSA members.first
before your next due date and ask for the EPP.make sure you
talk to a manager.second you will have to fill out paperwork
signifying the EPP.once done your balance is froze and you pay
the loan in 4 equal payments.
that is how the EPP works in a nutshell.
