Have any of you had a problem with any of the Internet PDL's attempting to evoke voluntary wage assignments with your work place and if so, which companies tried this?

Cash Transfer Centers is known for this tactic. Even though they are legally revokable many employers will honor them anyway out of ignorance

Cash Transfer Centers involve what companies specifically? Or is that just their name? I do not have one with them.
BIG, USFast Cash, The Little Loan Shop,United Cash and Capitol, and Cash Spot are the ones I am concerned about

Do you remember ever agreeing to one when you took a loan? It would be best to send a revocation letter to all of them just in case! Also give a copy to you HR person. Cash Transfer Centers is a payday loan company. I do not know of any other name they operate under.

No I do not recall giving one to anyone...I think paranoia is setting in. I am in the process...albeit slow of getting the storefronts paid off first as they are legal.
But tomorrow is payday and I have not yet gotten a letter to my HR person.
I have another thread going on, but I wanted to attract the attention of any memebers who may have had this problem? And they may not have read my thread?

I had my wages garnished by Sonic Payday which is also Cash Transfer Centers. You need to revoke that voluntary wage asignment quick cause they will come after you. The HR person in the company I work for is very ignorant and she honored it even after I had revoked it.

Good Froggy! How are you doing? I was going to pm you right now to see how you have been. I have been really really busy here at work with the year end closing and the auditors so I have not been loging in much but they are finally leaving tomorrow!!

Yes that's good! My friend defaulted with The Little Loan Shop, BIG, and United Cash and they never sent a voluntary wage assignment to the job. But if I was you I would sent a letter revoking it to all your PDL's just to be on the save side and give a copy to your employer as well.

Thanks for being candid about the company that did try this tactic. I have a broken printer and trying to figure out how to re-do some of these letters is going to be a task for me.

It seems that the offshore PDL's will try it first. Not only Cash Transfer Centers and Sonic, but Northway Debit as well. They all come under the same umbrella of companies. Basically, if you have a PDL with an overseas company, they're probably going to try it.
