Hi, I'm in NM. I have a $250 loan with Ameriloan. $75 is finance charges, so I owe them a total of $325. I've paid them one payment of $75 so far amd scheduled to make another $75 payment this Friday.
My state allows extended repayment plans. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had success with asking them for one?

your best bet is to try and get in touch with them to pay it off now.they are illegal and if you say anything about extended repayment they will debit you dry.

I agree with Paul on this. Just pay them off and get rid of them before they bleed your account.

I'm with everyone else on this one. . .pay them ASAP. They will keep taking the $75 without any of it touching the original $250. If you can't pay it off, in full, now, come back to this forum and we can help you with that as well.
