nj, USFastCash and 500FastCash are both d/b/a's of MTE Financial. They are not licensed/legal in ANY state in the US.

Good news then! And, you're welcome! I just hate to say that your friend will probably NEVER see a refund from any overpayment as these guys are totally hard to deal with. So that kind of bites. However, at least your friend knows they are illegal so it's a "done deal" now!

tamika, the answer to your question is no. BIG is not licensed/legal in the entire United States. They are an illegal overseas company. You have WAY overpaid your loan. You need to prevent them from having access to your account any longer. And you need to do this as soon as possible. If you need help, please post and we can help you.

I like the way you have borrowed moeny and think these companies are th vultures for wanting their money back. If you lent money out to people i am sure you would want it back. Take a second look at yourselves, and get your act together.

Oh really guest? So, what you are saying is: It's OK to loan someone 200 bucks then turn around and ask for 900 bucks? That's a little high doncha think?
