Keeping my fingers crossed on that one. I've seen them let them go through before when the account was in a negative balance. Sometimes they return checks, other times they don't. It's just nuts. Our checks are direct deposit..should I have that stopped as well?

Yes - Stop the direct deposit asap and see if you can get a paper check until you have a new account open. And please, open an account at another bank.

gotcha! I'll make sure to get those amounts on how much I've paid on these loans..most of them have been only fees...they haven't started taking out the actual 50.00 payment on top of the fee yet.

Good morning! I'm printing out my pdl letters that I'm going to be sending certified mail. Should I sign those letters in ink?

I wouldn't, just because I'm a bit paranoid and you never know what these places will do with your real signature . . . . .
