I sent PayDay1 a letter a few weeks ago, advising I would have to submit 50$ every two weeks, they sent back a response telling where to send a fast cash payment and/or money order...but the response really didn't say they were ok with that. I just logged onto their site and it says my account is status as having an invalid bank account, but my bank account is still up and running, but their withdraw from a couple weeks ago did bounce, should I be worried? it probably says invalid because it bounced. they might try again they might not. it took almost a month after i defaulted for the pdl's to start finally contacting me at work.

I am also dealing with silence from Payday One, the only response I get from them is "We are reviewing your account". I don't trust them as far as I can throw them. My account also said invalid bank account after a withdrawal they attempted to make came back NSF. NOW it REALLY is invalid because I closed it to keep their grubby hands off my money. I have paid them back what I owe them, but they have this bright idea that I still owe them above and beyond what I borrowed to begin with! I will just keep emailing them until they get sick of hearing from me.

i found out today from Phoenix debt management that the PDL's tack on these "affirmation" fees when our loan defaults. I asked her to validate the debt for me and she got perturbed and said they already sent me all the necessary paperwork. when i told her she didnt send me anything, she got mad and starting asking for my supervisor. i just hung up on her.

I sent them two payments via Western Union and all is well, they are one of the better (if you can say that) loan companies. They even sent me a confirmation letter that stated my debt was paid in full....then offered another one...HA!
