|

Hello,
First and foremost, I have been reading through many posts and thank you for the excellent advice. I need some advice on some directional steps.....
I have internet loans with:
One click cash
Payco
Flash Loans
Fast and Reliable Cash
United Cash
Impact Cash
Big Limited
A2B
Worldwide Cash
One step cash
I have paid well over the original amount owed on all of these loans, I am in the state of Louisiana. I have sent the letters suggested including (ach revoke, not contacting employer, so forth and so on) by email to one click, united, impact, and one step. I have not heard back from any of them yet. From the lenders standpoint what is there next point of action? Will they contact my employer at this point? Just need some advice as I want to take it one step at a time.
Thanks for your help!!!

I don't know for sure, but I think they might be able to still contact your employer, until you verbally inform them to not call you at work. Of course, now that I think about it that is too different things.
As far as their next step--I'm not sure, someone else will have to take that one.

First someone here will need to know how much was the PRINCIPAL loan on each and how much total have you paid each company, for anything.
Once the forum knows this we can help you better.

They will email you and call you at work or on whatever other number they have for you. The will claim that you have to follow their home "state" laws and that you owe them and they want your money. I did not have any contact my employer but I know I am one of the few and I had all calls regarding me routed to me. Just prepare yourself for the barrage of calls that will occur.

Roxy,
Is it true that I should avoid sending this type of letter to UK companies because they are not goverened by US Laws, I hear they tend to be even more ruthless? Will they ask for me at work, or will they talk to someone else about my situation?

Will it help at all if we don't answer calls from 800 numbers (or if we recognize a PDL by caller ID)?
I'm sending out my c & D letters tonight to 8 PDLs and am expecting a barrage.
