I suppose that he is refering to the fact that lenders are not legal in ny as being my excuse.
He is assuming(incorrectly) that i am trying to get other loans. Why in the world would I do that?

Is this communication in writing or on the phone? If they sent you an email, show this to your attorney general and request them to investigate on the company. They sound like an unethical and illegal business and want to scam people.

I still can not believe that response. Actually, before I found this forum it probably would have scared me. I know better now. The threats are just useless and cruel. He is handling this**** what does that even mean?

It's just a stupid threat. It's like when they say they are going to download you. It means nothing, but they are hoping the threat will scare you into paying up. That's all it is. He thinks by saying "He will handle it" that you will think that he will take action against you. Right, like that could even happen!

One of those things you feel like writng back and saying "Waaaaahhhh, Waaaaahhhhh, Waaaaahhhhhh"! I have also noticed that all these letters to people seem to be coming almost from the same first and last names. Guess these people are not very imaginative, huh?

yup!!!like i said they all seem to either be a Scott or a Dave. You are right 2nband they dont have any imagination at all. Even their idle threats are becoming the same.
