I have had experience with them they are actually out of santa barbara cali. I live in S.C and i have paid my loan the principle well they kept trying to draft after I stopped the ACH and some guy named dean johnson called me. He proceeded to yell and tell me what a loser I was and where did people like me come from, they are not licenced to lend anywhere and he got mad when I did not respond to his threats, he hung up on me about 4 times and all i asked him for was a fax number and a address of cource he denied me these things. After hanging up on me several times the last time i called him back he threatnened me saying If i called him again I would be sorry and he would make my life a living hell, I contacted the Santa B AG's office and euducated them that I had recorded the call as well as the BBB and can you believe Dean had the nerve to respond saying that I did those things to him Laughing

well I responded back to the bbb and told them that I had the recording and I would contact the FTC as well as the police department in their city for him threatnening me. That has been 4 weeks ago and I havent heard from him again although he did say that he was going to turn me over to collection agency dosen't matter illegal payday lender illegal collection agency. File the reports, record everything , and don't back down stay strong we are all here to help you through this don't be afraid they prey on fear know your rights and don't be afraid to say what they are. they are full of it,they cannot and willnot sue in a state where
they are illegal and you have more than paid it back.of course they say they are legal,but ask for a license number and you will get nothing but yelling and threats and bluster.

I defaulted on a loan with these people too. I guess they are now called paydayflash? They call 400 million times a day (I never answer) and leave a message that says paydayflash. Practically filling my voicemail up! They start at 8am and continue untill late.. once even at 10pm. That call I DID answer but just got a recording telling me to call them.
Anyone have an email for them? I sent the cd letter and revocation and all that to the fastbucksnow email. But have not gotten it back and they still call. So not sure if they still get email at that address.

Don't even know where to begin. Just that I've been ripped off of about $1000.00, out of my checking account from this company. Having filed a police report and fraud charges. Any help or information is greatly appreciated.

I use payday loans all the time and thank God I can because I'd be in a world of a mess if not for these guys. I can't get a loan from anyone else and so I have to use them. I do however pay them back on my payday so unlike many here I end up payiong little interest. I think you guys are the real jerks. You borrow money you never intend to pay back and then bitch when you get phone calls. You are truely the lowest of the low. At least when I borrow I pay back what I agreed.

whatever jackson brown,or should i say shill that works for this illegal pdl.pdl's like yours should be shut down,but since you grease the palms of certain people you never will be.by the way a pdl does need to be licensed in just about every state.thatgoes for internet pdl's too.so run along you have innocent people to harrass and illegaly threaten.
