Ok this is embarrassing but i took out a payday loan , and i noticed that money keeps coming out of my account to the company FAST CASH. Thing is I dont remember the website of the company i took the payday loan out from. I want to pay it off because I dont want them to continue to take out 150 from my account every 2 weeks!! how can i find out what company this is ?

I never closed my account. I took out a payday loan in july but never recieved word from them regarding payments. But this is the 3rd time the have deducted 150 from my checking.

I had the same company debiting out of my account. The company is Payday loan yes. They did not even tell me I had the loan.

wish it was yes,but it is no.these illegal pdl's will keep debiting
indefinitely if you allow it.

Good Morning to everyone!
My advice to the person that is dealing with Payday Yes and others like them is to close your account ASAP................like the first thing MONDAY MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  and open up a new one. Yes it will be a pain in the behind but it will keep them from taking out 150.00 everytime you get paid.

I too have a loan with Fast Cash.
I originally took out a loan with Payday Loan Yes and some time after that I was called and asked if I was interested in a 2nd loan. Is this right on their part-to call me and solicit a loan?
Anyway, I needed money and took out a loan.
When I log into Payday Loan Yes I can get to Fast Cash which is linked to their site.
Anyway there is a mailing address on the website for Fast Cash which claims they are in Iowa.
I just checked all the licensing for Fast Cash in Iowa and from what I can see, they do not have a legal license to operate there.
Anyone have any info???

payday loan yes is one of the worst!!!!!! they will not give you any type of address for them, all the mail i have sent has been sent back untouched!!! you need to close your acct and get a new one, they will never stop debiting your acct, thats how they are!!! they think they are above the law for some strange reason....
