Debby,
I do know that PDL Yes and Fast Cash are affiliated.
I had a loan with PDL Yes and took a 2nd loan and when I would finish extending the loan on the PDL Yes website, it would automatically direct me to the Fast Cash website for the 2nd loan.
I'm not sure about E PDL.
Actually the loan I had with Fast Cash was solicited.
I received a phone call from PDL Yes asking if I was interested in a 2nd loan.
As long as we're on the subject, does anyone know if it's legal to phone solicit a loan?

Yes, it's perfectly legal to phone solicit. You were already a customer with the company, and even if you weren't, there is nothing illegal about phone calls.
Even if you are on the do not call list, it wouldn't apply in this situation, as you were a current customer of the company.
