Thats not my case number thats one of the example case numbers i believe. I called a texas attorney and found out there a 3rd party collector who pose as a law firm as scare tactics. The broke at least 3 FDCPA laws so yes i will be filing a complaint. These people should not be getting away with this. Thank you so much for your help devil.

Not sure what you're referring too. I posted his bond number and his Bar number. I'd inform them that you will be filing against his $10K surety bond as well.

Ok. I have had enough. These people from "OJ Lawal and act." keep calling and threatening to take me to court. Do any of the Moderators (you guys have been very very helpful and i thank you so much for it all) have an attorney in Dallas/Forth Worth area they would recommend. They wont send me a debt validation, they claim that "there not the debt collectors so they don't have to send an itemized list and don't have to listen to the cease and desists" messages i send. Any recommendations for a lawyer would be great.
