Ok, I have spoken to my bank and am closing my account as soon as my pay check is deposited, before the loans hit.
Some of the companies I can't find addresses for...

If anyone has these, please send them my way. Also, can I fax the letter or only use certified mail?

jess, freaky has provided the addresses for you (thank you, freaky!). You can cover all your bases as far as sending them out. I faxed them, emailed them, and also mailed them certified. Do it all ways possible. Then they can't claim they didn't receive anything!
