What are the Federal Laws governing internet payday lenders?

Other than certain protections for the military and their families, there are no federal laws specific to payday loans, internet or otherwise. The only federal laws applicable to internet payday lenders are those that are applicable to any lender, i.e., the Truth in Lending Act.
