I have a friend in our payroll dept and stopping a direct deposit is very easy, at least in our companies case, is it more then matter of getting them to process it quickly for you. I was able to stop my direct deposit two days before I got paid. I would just talk to the payrole dept immediately and tell them you are having problems with your bank account and that you need a papercheck. I am sure that they would understand..

I was reading the first page and made a post about th direct deposit, pretty far back in the conversation sorry about that.

A Gold Frame is a great idea, you can start collecting PIF's letter and hanging them on your walls.

OMG! From Westbury! Way to go! Hell, frame it, hang it, make copies, paste it to your car, hang it up at work, make wallpaper out of it, line the birdcage with it, let the doggie pee on it......
Congratulations to you! One jerk off your butt!

jay i think i defaulted about a week and a half ago but i sent my letters on oct 30th. i got one phone call from a sharon williams and an email from westbury ventures. i responded to their email with a copy of the letter again and yesterday i got a release of liability from them. my letter stated i overpaid them and because they werent licensed in my state that i wasnt giving them another dime. so woo hoo to me....one down 6 to go.

it looks like that number belongs to ACHLoans. Did you take a loan with them?
