thank you everyone. i just went to my email to get the information from the payday paperwork i received from these people when i first got the loan and for some reason the link that was attached to the paperwork doesnt work! i cant get their information nor see what their paperwork says regarding wage assignments! can some one please advise?

Aminah, That happened to me once I defaulted. I had nothing anymore. CYA and send revocation of wage assignment to all of them. Did someone pm you a letter to send to the PDLs? If so, check the letter. The one I used had that and everything else in it so yours may to...

Help please. I just looked at my account and someone called EasyLoans took out $90 out of my account on Tuesday and now they are trying to take another $90 today!

I took what little money i had in there out the other day for fear this might happen. i left 4 dollars in the account and now it says that i have $0. The debit is showing as pending on my account! OMG....my worse fear is coming true!

You need to go back to the person you were working with and ask them what in the world is going on....also, do you have a pdl with these people??? Is it really yours??? (I had one give me $$ and then debit my account that I know I did not ask for or sign for) Where is Volley?

no its not the new account. its the old one! I emailed the bank rep and this is what she responded:

Yes Roxy my bank assured me that nothing would come through. I think ECashNow is operating as EasyLoans. I dont have anything in writing to confirm but thats who I believe it is.

Okay....so you just sit and bite your nails until then? Thank god it is not the new account.... I freaked because I thought it was!!! I guess as long as there is a way to "dispute" the charge and you do not get charged NSF fees. I will see what I can find for the pdl.

Yes Roxy, Volley sent me the letter to send to the PDL's and thats what I was working on when I noticed that there was a debit on my account. I didnt check my account this morning because none of my loans were due today. They are all due next friday. But something told me to look at the account and lo and behold there was the debit. I havent defaulted on any of my loans. I was in the process of collecting all the contact information for each PDL when I noticed the unauthorized debit. I dont have all the information for each loan.

Aminah, Does volley's letter include the wage revocation statement? If it does not, just add it in there so your letter will cover all your bases and you do not have to write 2 different letters. Now I feel better about your bank situation...Sorry I freaked. I opened my new account at my same bank so when these things happen I freak out.... What are you missing for your loans?
