Does anyone have any paid in full letters that I can send these people loanshop etc. I overpaid in fees; and i know there not going to give me a refund

Katesia, The company sends you a PIF , you do nit send it to them. If you have paid them what you legally owe, you can request that they mark your account PIF. Of course if you have overpaid them, you can request a refund. Refunds are hard to come by, so most of us were happy to be marked PIF.

I was just sending an e-mail inregards to the dates I wanted to set up to pay off the loan in the amount of $300 that was posted to my account on 06/18/2008.

The 1st payment will be taken out on 06/27/08 in the amount of $190.
2nd payment 06/11/08- $100
3rd and final payment on 06/25/08. $100.
