I am in a cycle of like 10 payday loans 5 for me and 5 for my husband. we are current on all of them but we r trying to get out of cycle. The fees alone are killing us. we got caught borrowing from paul to pay peter plus dealing with paying additional bills . help! I dont want to do bankruptcy and husband will be laid off soon from work so i want to take care of it before then

Please tell us what state you are in? The names of your lenders? How much was originally borrowed? How much you have paid back so far? It very well may be that your lenders are illegal and only are morally required to pay back the principal only. Please answer the questions and we can help you further.

All of your lenders are licensed/legal in Ohio.
You need to contact each of them and tell them you're in a financial bind and ask for an extended payment plan.

Then your best option is to default on the loans and work with their collections departments to get them paid off.
