Hello
I have been fighting with cash call over a western sky loan for a week or so now. I asked the lady to send me validation of the debt and she said she will send me a permissible letter... not sure what that is but I don't think that validates they can collect on the debt in my state (NY). I offered them a payment plan through email and they haven't answered. What should i do at this point? should I write back to whatever thing they are sending me in the postal mail?

Just keep repeating that their tribal loan is not legal in your state of NY which makes their contract unenforceable. Remind them that, although you're under no obligation to do so, you are willing to repay the principal balance of the loan. Keep at them.

what exactly is a permissible letter anyway?

sounds like a term an piece of dirt says to make their flimsy a$$ letter sound legit.bottomline western sky is tribal, and illegal.cash call took on dirty money and has to deal with it.nothing they send can legitimize it.
Ok if they don't accept my payment arrangements then what?? Tell them now you get nothing? Will they put me in collections and will i have that to deal with?

As mentioned, just take it easy. If they aren't answering you through email, then let it hang. Don't pay them a cent unless they agree to your terms. I'm actually curious as to what is sent in the mail as well. It's not going to be a legal document of any kind, as mentioned the debt is invalid.
