It's raining out so I'm sitting here working on my PDL mess. After some digging I found out that Ameriloan, United Cash, One Click Cash and 500Fast Cash are all part of CLK Management. (There are many more too) So I went online to the Kansas AG and filed an online complaint asking for help. I figure it wouldn't hurt. I also went to each website for the above and entered the contact info to have them send me an email or US mail address so I can deal with them in writing. None of them have contacted me on my default of last week yet. Now I'm off to try the Cash Today numbers that were posted earlier in the week. (Should be fun)

Sounds like you are taking a pro-active stand. Good for you. And I think it is the right thing to do, not only filing a complaint with your own Attorney General, but also the Attorney General in the state in which the company is located. Just keep standing up to them and don't back down, no matter how tiring it may seem, you will come out on top.

We had big plans for today but it's raining here also. SO there goes the plans.... but great way to spend a rainy day MP!! Keep fighting them!

Good for you--more complaints definately can't hurt! I did know that Ameriloan was part of Pinion but I didn't realize that they had others as well. I guess it's going to be about three hundred degrees in the shade here....
