I got the PDF files from my states DFI today. There are 2 of them, they are pretty long so I cannot post them. One is the case against them and the second one is Cashtoday's response. If anyone would like to see them feel free to PM me your e-mail addy and I can forward you the e-mail from my DFI.
The second one is a pretty good read, I was  when I read some of their response. I want to call them and tell them a piece of my mind

man, I can already tell you that they're going to mess with you. puddle can't post it all; however, if you know how to use the 'pm' feature, just send puddle a pm and then you can get the files to read.

I'm sorry I can't because they are too big. But if you PM me you e-mail addy I can e-mail them to you.
But if you just signed up with them then you need to contact the FTC and the NV DFI. Because of this order I am sure that NV would love to find out that they are still lending.

ok puddle, I went through all the documents and it looks as though to me that the fine imposed was rejected as excessive and that really nothing was done to them..I am so confused.

it wasn't rejected. That is their response to the first one and thats what cashtoday would like to happen. So until I get an update from my DFI the cease and disist still stands. And also when I called NV about this and told them that they are still trying to collect, the lady told me that as of right now all they could do is send them a cease and disist letter to them in my behalf. But they still didn't stop calling until I told them that I knew about them not having a valid license and the fine and that I would report them. Thats what got them to stop calling.

I guess I could print out just enough of the cease and desist order and fax this to their attention and see if it works
