To finalize payment arrangements and the number I have is wrong, this is what I got from them via email last week, I tried to email this woman and it came back then I tried calling and they said wrong number
This is the email.....

Jay~ youre right. they gave you the number to some company called Golden Aluminum Extrusion!  They must not want their money back as bad as they say they do.
How much have you paid back so far? I had Loan Shop and when I defaulted I started receiving emails and phone calls from Westbury Ventures.

i have paid back 180, on a 200 dollar loan
i said that i needed the address so that i can mail them the remainding 20 dollars and i got nothing....
i had heard bad things from westbury, were you able to work anything out with them am?

jay..I have been dealing with Loanshop/aka Westbury Ventures/DMSMKTG.com since July. They always e-mail me and I e-mail them back their phone number is:1-800-859-6439..I have mailed them c&d letters and letter telling them I have paid them all I am required to pay according to Indiana small loan laws. They keep trying...I have my debts with debt relief group and they have offered them a settlement on my behalf...they don't listen. So I finally told them to take me to court in Indiana and see what they can get...I have received no reply on that one...good luck to you.

Ok I am confused here. If you only owe them 20 bucks , what kind of arrangements do you want to make?
Yiu have their address sendthem the 20 and be done with it. Why all the fuss

oh by the way, i over paid them so when they tried to contact me and collect the money and it was returned unpaid, they sent me a Release of Liability letter

Check out there report on the BBB site for Wilmington Delaware. Their address is same for XPRESSCASH/DMS/Loan Point USA/LTS Management/SMTM,LLC/Westbury Ventures etc. It also states this may not be a complete list. How do you know who you're dealing with???? Maybe someone can tell me how they even got one license in Delaware?

and FYI she gave me the wrong number and email who is to say that the address is right??
you never know with these people, and they haven't agreed to give me a pif either, so there are still some things to sort out

It is you who should calm down and try looking up the address if you think they gave you the wrong one. Have a nice life, and the address is correct.All this for 20 bucks OMG

hum, maybe guest is one of those pdl spies i heard about lol!
Can you tell me how you know that the address is correct if everything is wrong, and why should I pay them anything if they have not yet agreed to give me a pif letter??? Let them tell it I owe well over 600 on a 300 dollar loan, so yes I am playing it safe and smart
Why come into my post if you are going to be nasty, I mean I think that we have enough going on without having to deal with attitudes. I said nothing to you initially, so keep it moving thank you.
