Well I see that Cash Call is back up and running at full speed. They are loaning to all states now according to their web site. I had been checking to see what was going on. I have a Cash Call loan much to my regret and have kept it current but I included it with my debt consolidation with T&C anyway. I have never had to experience all of their collection calls but have read many posts from people who have. I just can't believe that this can be tolerated. Yes, I know we took the loans but usually when things were financially unstable and this looked like the answer. I just find it hard to believe that the state that you reside in would allow this kind of interest rate. It seems as if there should be a nationwide cap on the interest so that this kind of "loan sharking" would be illegal. I had hoped that they would go under and I realize that I would still be responsible for my debt, but I was thinking that a much lower interest rate might be involved. I took a $2600.00 loan and have made 10 payments all on time and I still owe over $2500.00. Dumbest mistake I ever made.

Hopefully the word will get out, whether from word of mouth, this site, or some way, to stay away from these people. Would have been nice to had seen them go out of business.

I agree with Jazzy. There should be some kind of Federal legislation enacted to prevent this nationwide loan sharking.

Unfortunatly, that will never happen. These loans are backed by a bank and federal specifically allows them to do this. The Feds will never change their law allowing banks to import their interest rate to other states . . . . Too many deep pockets!

Yeah, I guess your right Goudah! Look at the interest rate credit cards can charge. I don't really see a difference!

I just keep praying that enough word will get out that people will stop taking loans from these people.

Bummer I just saw that on their website. I was hoping they go down and someone liberates me from this living hell of a loan! I have wanted to stop paying them but refuse to go through the added stress of them calling me and harrasing me. Jazzy4136 could you tell me or email me the name of the debt consolidation company you used. My sister tried consolidating and Cash Call refused to deal with her consolidation company. my email is email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

I used Town and Country Acceptance. There is no way out of this loan unless you default. Cash Call will still get their full payment it was just easier for me to include it in the plan so all payments were coming from one place. I also checked with many debt consolidators and finally gave up.
That's why I am so upset that these idiots are back up and running at full capacity.

I will pass on the information. Still skeptical in letting my loan default though. Like I said dont want the added aggravation of added stress from the collection tactics of Cash Call. Thanks for the information. I forgot to mention if you click on "apply now" at the Cash Call website it shows First Bank of Delaware on the next screen. It never did that before......

This is sad. I wanted them to go out of business, too. Now it seems even worse. I thought that at least some states weren't allowing them to lend.

Hi............I've read SOOO much, on Cash Call. Most of you know I've dealt with them, too. Let me tell ya what happened, when I couldn't make payments. They called and called!! Calling me SOOO many times, wasn't going to make me pay them any sooner..ya know?? So.....they handed the account over for , what they call, 'letigation'. Well........this is nothing but a 'CA' ( lack of a better word), working out of THEIR company. If you don't make payments for 3 or 4 months, they consider the loan to be in 'default'. Now...here's the interesting news, ya'll!!!!!! Cash Call is only allowed so many defaulted loans, 'attached' to their company. I found this information out, accidently. SOO..........if they have TOO many defaulted loans, Cash Call 'sells' these loans, to CA's ( WHO ARE NOT 'related to' OR working for Cash Call..howevr, CC may tell u they are. I've been doing my homework on this Cash Call thing!! To make a long story even longer ( LOL )....the ONLY way, you can go into 'default', with Cash Call loans, is to stop making payments. I know it messes up Credit Reports, by doing this, BUT, you're not paying the 99% either. Just some 'friendly advice', from someone who is going through the 'CashCall' hell!!!

Nope...you're right..CashCall doesn't 'play fair'. They are horrible to work worth. I, for one, am glad I don't have to deal with them. I hope some of my advice has helped some people deal with their accounts, through Cash Call.

Is Town and Country Acceptance pretty good to deal with unsecured debt? Can someone please tell me their experience, with them? Thank.
