I have written before . So i will make this short i have 16 pdls. Out of those i only have addresses for 4 of them. I have ph.& fax#s for the rest. Can i fax an email c&ds & wage assignments revokes this way as well. Some i never received paper work for. Thanks

Did you do a search in the above box for the addresses that you still need? I would assume that you will find them there.

Thumper-If you do a search I'm sure you will find your address....I would send each letter certified/return receipt. That way you have a record that they did recieve it. I did however fax as well the letters but I did follow up with the Certified mail. Just to make sure I have/had all my ducks in a row. We will help you if needed.
