OK I have more issues that I need help with. I can not find a fax number for Loanshop. It was listed as BLG loanshop on the ACH. I have seen a couple of posts about this but no contact info.
Also--
I have not begun the process of contacting the BBB or AG's office regarding all of these loans. I am not clear on how they actually help me get this resolved or what I need to send to them.
Any help is much appreciated...

I am finding that The Loan Shop domain has been taken down, and that it is showing out of the UK, does this sound like the one you are wanting ?
