ok who has dealt with payday 1. I called them today, that was my first mistake, of course they won't take any payments. Says if I don't call back by close of business today they will debt my account again tonight, which I told her go ahead there is no money in my account! Has anyone dealt with them,just wondering what to expect.

BTW, I can't close my checking acct, but isn't there a letter I can send them to tell them to stop getting into my checking account?

you can send the letter, but from my understanding, they will not abide by it.

You can send the letter but from what I have read here, it won't stop them, they will proceed to pull the money any way. You can go try and put a block on them from being able to pull the money, but I know that doesn't always work either. I am sure someoone has dealt with them and can give you more advice on how to handle them. Good Luck!
