Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 135,000 members

I received a call today at work from a woman from First National Services saying she was calling about PDL Yes.
The number she left for me to call is the phone number to PDL Yes.
Exactly where is she calling from???
Is she just calling from PDL YEs trying to pull a fast one or is she calling from a collection agency called First Nat'l Services that collects from them or what???
Any input and fax numbers would be greatly appreciated.

that is paydayloan yes,they just like to make up titles and fancy names for companies hoping you think it is some sort of big legal firm calling.they are something else,just use your contact info for paydayloan yes and don't be fooled or intimidated.

This is getting to be quite annoying with them to say the least.
I guess they realized I didn't fall for their phony call from an alleged legal dept. person from a place that doesn't exist, so they're trying a different approach.
This is BS with them leaving calls at work-at least I have the vm saved as my proof that they are calling after I asked them not to-in case I ever need it.

Hopefully you have filled out complaints? The more complaints received by the BBB, FTC and your Attorney General's office, the better the chances of putting these illegal companies out of business. Wink

Hi. First National IS Payday Loan Yes and Cashnet and Fast Cash and and and and.....(who knows what other companies they represent). I had the "pleasure" of dealing with them several months after I defaulted on loans I had with these three companies. My experience with them was okay and the loans were paid off in April. Because my payments went through okay and were not being returned, they cut out some of the fees, which helped quite a bit.

I worked for this company for a brief point in time this company is corrupt and illegal they are pay day loan yes but there collection department is first national services they are in the same building located in tri state mall claymont delaware they dont follow by any fdcpa laws or state laws they tell u they are going to take u to court and attach your wages and all but really they cant and they r breaking the law by telling u this i quit working there because i didnt agree how the company worked the mangers give fake names to debtr (thats what they call people who owe money) they also give fake addresses to people they like using baseball stadiums addresses and players names which again is illegal this is too everyone that has to deal with them get them on recording saying stuff to u such as cussing or saying u will have a court date and u can sue them its not right or fair to do this to people the are ligit but the breake the laws to get people to pay any body whop has questions post on here and i will answer anything u need answering about this company u can call fdcpa man[/b]
