His name is Matt Dolman 727 797 2020. He is fast and agressive. Tell him every conversation and letter. Not only will your debt disappear but you will probably make some money. Good Luck! He did well for me!

I have sent the Debt Validation letter and a cease and desist 3 times to PDM. They have stopped calling my work but constantly call my cell sometimes leaving messages and sometimes they just hang up. I filed a complaint with the FTC. What else can I do? I was under the assumption that once you send the cease & desist once (never mind 3 times) they have to stop calling you

The cease communication portion of the FDCPA is an all or nothing statute. They can either consider your request as a full cease comm and never provide validation or they can ignore it and still not provide validation. I would just start recording your conversations and when you get enough violations sue them.
