James this has been brought up so many times on these forums. there is no list of any kind. there are too many pdls, and they change names so often its impossible to keep up with them all. Again , this has been addressed many times.

The closest thing is the Payday Loan Laws Made Simple thread, but not all the states are on there . . . .
James is looking for a list of states where payday loan companies must be licensed in that state to lend, not a list of companies that are illegal/legal.
