hello, welcome i am not familiar with your state's laws or most of those companies but hang tight someone will be around.
i do not think star cash is legal anywhere and i know they are hard to deal with but you overpaid on it (depending on your state's laws).

Any help on how to take care of star cash??

And another question. My husband and I are on the same checking acct. If I take myself off the acct. and leave my husband on can they still take money out of the acct??

Thanks for your help

hey i am sorry to say this but i would close the account out completely. they do not care who is on the account, as long as they have the account and routing numbers they can and will take money out no matter what.
check the sticky on closing accounts and your state's laws than speak to the branch manager.

Check the licensee data base below:

MN requires Internet lenders to be licensed by your state.

Ok I have sent out all my letters and talked to my bank. They will open a new acct. for me as soon as I bring my old one positive. Hopefully I will be able to do that before the next payday. So now I guess I play the waiting game...

Would you happen to have the phone number for the intl equity gp ? I have had the same problems as you so i know what you are going through but I have lost this number and need to get a hold them cause they are charging me so much just like you. My e-mail is Thankyou for your help. the best advice i can give you is to try to pay more on it at a time to pay down sooner and concentrate on one at at time so you can get them paid off thats what i have had to do.
