Does anyone know if Fox Enterprise and Apollo Funding are the same company.

I have a loan with Apollo but the debits from my account state Fox Enterprises.

Apollo has several different names so it probably is the same company. They are also Geneva Roth .

SO Geneva Roth, Loan shop antille, and fox are all one company and I have a loan with each of them so really 3 loans with the same company.

That about sums it up. What state are you in
how much have you borrowed from each and how much have you paid back to each. These may not even be licensed in your state.

I have a post on this and I believe you commented on it. Since then I have decided to fight and not pay them since I have already paid what I borrowed and then some.
I have my letters typed up and will be sending them out by fax and email and talking to my bank today.

How do I file my complaint with the florida attorney general?

This is what I have paid so far(this is depressing)
and I almost forgot one loan so total of 4 loans

geneva roth 300 loan have paid as of today 990.00
JD marketing 200 loan have paid 520.00
apollo funding 250 loan have paid 750.00
Loan Shop antille 300 loan have paid 495.00

I've already opened a new account with a different bank and I recently canceled my direct deposit just waiting for it to take effect.

I just don't know if I can take doing battle with these people there are so many horror storys on this forum My hats off to those who have.

Yes you can fight this. You need to do what is right for you. It takes time, but in the end it is well worth the battle. My god look at what you have already paid back. Its horrible

I agree with kash, you can fight this. I have just started doing battle with these evil organizations but I am not about to back down any time soon. Once my teeth are securely planted in your backside, I don't let go until I am darn good and ready to do so. Just ask my former spouse. . . when I finally did take my teeth out of his backside, he went to Libera to work for 2 long years. He said the criminal element and civil unrest there was less dangerous than doing battle in family court with me. Once he did get stateside again, he packed up and moved clear across the country and now resides in Vegas. I may be little but I don't scare easily. Keep looking forward. . .no regrets.

I just filed my complaints through the BBB and its amazing how many different locations these people have.
